Polstore Position Noble
Polstore Storage Systems were recently commissioned by Dave Baseley, Production Manager for Noble Automotive Limited, to design and supply new line side workstations to accommodate the new workshops and manufacture of the M600 sports car.
Noble are a British sports car manufacturer, renowned for producing high-speed sports cars with a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout.
Several successful models have been developed and now having moved to larger premises at Meridian Business Park near Leicester, Noble were looking for a provider of storage equipment to meet their demands.
Noble are currently developing the M600 and a supporting lineside storage solution was required. Working closely with the Noble Productions Team a design was drawn up and agreed incorporating a number of key requirements for each workstation:
- drawer storage with internal partitioning
- service leg for electrical and compressed air supply
- heavy duty steel covered worksurface
- perforated backs panel for a flexible tool hanging facility
